in brief form the appearance of articles on the Middle
East in specialized and general journals. CURRENT
CONTENTS appears six times a year. It is distributed
to all recipients of the MERIA News and Journal.

followed by page numbers between brackets. With e-mailers such
as Eudora, issues of CURRENT CONTENTS can be saved to a folder
by the recipient, and searched by author and/or title at will. Please
note that page numbers are usually omitted in journals
and are identified by [*].
At
the end of each individual
journal listing,
a URL address has
been included, if available.
Compilers of CURRENT CONTENTS encourage direct
submission of tables of contents by editors of journals. Please
